During our first appointment you can expect a comprehensive assessment:

1. Food & Nutrition History
We discuss your eating patterns, cultural food preferences, cravings, meal timing, relationship with food, and nutrition-related behaviors.
2. Anthropometric Measurements
We review any available physical measurements such as height, weight history, and other growth or body composition data (if relevant and only if you choose to share it).
3. Biochemical Data & Medical Tests
You can share recent lab work or medical tests, and I’ll help interpret them through a nutrition lens.
4. Physical Exam Findings
We talk through observable nutrition-related signs or symptoms (appetite, digestion, energy levels, oral health, etc.).
5. Client History
We cover your medical background, social history, lifestyle factors, stress, sleep, movement, and anything that influences your health.
6. Assessment Tools
If appropriate, we may use standardized tools (such as eating behavior screeners or symptom scores) to get a clearer picture of your needs.
7. Etiology (Root Causes)
Together, we identify what’s driving your nutrition concerns — including biological, behavioral, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
8. Comparative Standards
I evaluate your intake and health indicators using evidence-based nutrition standards to understand your needs and set direction.

Frequency: Unlimited ongoing sessions, scheduled at a pace that supports your goals—weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
After your initial assessment, your follow-up sessions focus on ongoing support, personalized guidance, and measurable progress.
Nutrition Intervention:
• Planning your goals – We set clear, realistic, science-based goals together based on your preferences, lifestyle, and priorities.
• Creating your nutrition strategy – This may include food guidance, nutrient needs, meal planning skills, cooking or grocery support, education, and behavior-based counseling.

Each follow-up session includes checking in on your progress using meaningful indicators such as:

Suggested upgrades for efficiency and safety (optional items vs essentials).
